Standing so tall and looking so grand on the street is the iconic Welcome Trust Charity building on Euston Road, London, NW1 2BE.

Having a refurbishment in 2015 was to bring the ease of access for the public on a timed locking system with the new double action fire door sets.  The TS 7003NHO floor springs were the ideal solution for the main walkways and corridors and the TS 9205 door closers were used for the other single doors to the individual rooms.

Rutland’s high efficiency door controls were chosen to work with the heavy doors because:

• the floor springs have a Cam action which makes it a high efficiency unit
• can be used for single or double action fire doors
• they are third party UKAS approved products
